Patient and visitor shuttle bus
We run a free patient and visitor shuttle bus service between our three hospitals.
The service starts at 1.15pm from Pontefract, 1.45pm from Pinderfields and 2.15pm at Dewsbury.
It runs every hour during the day and early evening, seven days a week, to cover normal visiting hours.
Patients and visitors will be asked to provide details of which ward/department they are going to when using the shuttle bus service.

Pontefract – opposite main entrance
From 3 January 2012, an additional shuttle bus stop will be available on Southgate to allow improved access to bus routes on Southgate. See MY hospital maps for more detail.

Pinderfields – Metro bus stop, main entrance, new hospital (until 3 January 2012)
From 3 January 2012, the shuttle bus stop at Pinderfields will move to the main driveway at Pinderfields. See MY hospital maps for more detail.
- Dewsbury – opposite Priestley unit entrance, near the Ridings entrance.
