What is the service?

We work with GPs and our hospital Dermatology Services to provide care for people with a range of skin conditions.
 

The types of conditions we can provide help and treatment for include:
 

  • Acne (mild and moderate)
  • Actinic keratosis
  • Bacterial infections
  • Basal cell carinoma
  • Benign skin lumps/bumps (skin tags, small cysts, benign naevi, basal cell papillomatas)
  • Bowen's
  • Complex viral warts (except in the case of immune-compromised or history of skin malignancy)
  • Contact dermatitis
  • Eczema
  • Fungal infections
  • Hairloss
  • Hirsutism
  • Lichen planus
  • Lichen simplex
  • Molluscum contagiosum
  • Nail disorders
  • Non-melanomatous skin cancer
  • Parasite infections
  • Pigment disorders such as vitiligo
  • Pityriasis
  • Psoriasis
  • Rosacea
