To reduce the risk of COVID-19 infection transmission, we have temporarily suspended collecting feedback via card or shared devices. We still value and recognise the importance of listening to your feedback about the services you are using.

From 1 April the Friends & Family Test question is “Overall, how was your experience of our service?”

Any feedback you provide is anonymous.  We use your valuable feedback to gain a better understanding of patients' needs and to continuously improve the quality of our service and the care you receive.

The information is used alongside other sources of feedback to help us prioritise and achieve improvements based on what matters most to patients.

The comments left as part of the Friends & Family Test, whether on an individual, team or service level, promote ideas for improvement, help celebrate good practice and raise morale.
