Andrew Jones: The new Director of Workforce and Organisational Development.
The Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust has appointed a new Director of Workforce and Organisational Development. Andrew Jones joined the Trust on the 1 December to complete the Executive team.
Andrew joins The Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust from University Hospital South Manchester NHS Foundation Trust where he was Deputy Director of HR & Organisational Development, and supported the transformation of services as part of Manchester’s devolution plans for health and social care.

Andrew has over 10 years HR experience in the NHS, including 5 years at East Cheshire NHS Trust, where he supported large scale organisational changes.
