Jonathan Taclay, Triszha Nabangue and Raymart Cailipan, have successfully completed their NMC Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) which means they can now move to their substantive roles as registered nurses in theatres and critical care.
David Melia, Director of Nursing and Quality, at The Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust said: “Congratulations to our new colleagues on passing their OSCE exams. Over the last eight weeks they have undertaken a huge amount of studying and training - on a range of topics - to ensure they can competently apply their professional nursing skills and knowledge in the UK.
“We’re delighted Jonathan, Triszha and Raymart have chosen to come and work for our Trust, their skills and experience will be a valuable contribution to the teams.”
The Trust will welcome its second group of international colleagues next month.
