Complete your Return to Practice (RTP) with us

Are you a qualified nurse working as a Healthcare Assistant, or has your Nursing and Midwifery Council - Personal Identification Number (NMC PIN) lapsed?

RTP provides qualified health care professionals with lapsed registration an opportunity to update knowledge, skills and competencies, enabling them to return to the Professional Register.

You can work with us on a contract basis while completing the Return to Practice course at the University of Bradford. Our Professional Development and Education (PDEU) team support candidates throughout their placement and you will have a personal supervisor to guide you and work closely with throughout.

How to apply

To apply access NHS jobs and search ref: 377-RTP0920. We pay candidates a Band 3 salary (£19,737 – £21,142 p.a) while you work and study. Once you successfully complete the course, candidates can apply for our Band 5 roles.

This is a fantastic opportunity to rejoin the NHS and be part of the Covid-19 response.

Closing date for applicants Tuesday 21 July.

The next course start date is 14 September 2020 for nurses and February 2021 for midwifery.
