It's important to look after your emotional well-being, and even more so when you are expecting a baby or have just given birth. It's completely normal to be feeling a range of new emotions and to look after yourself during this important time.

FREE Mindful pregnancy workshops

Our Mindful Pregnancy Workshop - is composed of 2 onlineworkshops aimed at improving your wellbeing during pregnancy andproviding you with up to date antenatal advice. Topics covered include:

  • managing stress
  • relaxation and self-care
  • how to have a positive birth
  • how to connect with your baby.

Delivered online by a therapist and a specialist mental health midwifefrom Mid Yorkshire hospital trust. Helping to address any pregnancyquestions you might have. You can attend one or both workshops.

Talking therepies - mindful pregnancy workshops

The Covid-19 pandemic has also added a range of new anxieties to the mix for people. Although a lot of face-to-face support groups have been postponed, there are still ways to access support and find out more about how to look after your emotional well-being.

The workshops will be delivered by a therapist and our Trust midwife Rebecca Thomas who'll help to address any pregnancy questions you might have.
