Well-being Antenatal classes

FREE Mindful pregnancy webinar workshops

It's important to look after your emotional well-being, and even more so when you are expecting a baby or have just given birth. It's completely normal to be feeling a range of new emotions and to look after yourself during this important time.

Currently our face-to-face antenatal well-being classes have been postponed due to the Coved-19 pandemic and we are now offering two new 'Mindful pregnancy FREE webinars' for expectant parents in the Wakefield district with Turning Point Talking Therapies in Wakefield,

The Covid-19 pandemic has also added a range of new anxieties to the mix for people. Although a lot of face-to-face support groups have been postponed, there are still ways to access support and find out more about how to look after your emotional well-being.

The workshops will be delivered by a therapist and our Trust midwife Rebecca Thomas who'll help to address any pregnancy questions you might have.
