Patient Safety Incident Response Plan (PSIRP)

The Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) sets out the NHS’s approach to developing and maintaining effective systems and processes for responding to patient safety incidents for the purpose of learning and improving patient safety.

Our PSIRP sets out how we intend to respond to safety incidents at our Trust under the new framework.

Quality Account

All providers of NHS care are required to produce a type of Annual Report called a Quality Account. This sets out priorities for the year ahead and a review of our performance against the quality indicators that we set for the previous year.

This strategy aims to describe our ambition for improving quality, realising our ambition of an excellent patient experience, and setting out our high level plan for doing so, ensuring the services meet the needs and expectations of the community we serve.
