Our strategies

Our corporate strategy, ‘Delivering MY Future’, sets out an ambitious journey for the Trust for 2023-28. It reiterates our vision, mission, and values, and is underpinned by five new strategic goals, branded as the ‘five Ps’ which describe the ambitions of the Trust and what will be achieved during the life span of the strategy.
