Our AGM this year will celebrate our successes, share our achievements and innovations, and show you how we support you and our wider local communities. It's also going to be an opportunity for you to tell us what you think.

Whether you’re a patient or carer, member of staff or public, partner organisation, local business, voluntary sector organisation, or local representative, we would love to have you with us.

You’ll have the opportunity to meet our Board members, ask questions, and contribute your views. Submit a question in advance at midyorks.communications@nhs.net or ask on the day.

Date:  Thursday 11 September 2025
Time:  1:30 pm – 4:30 pm
Venue: Trust HQ and Education Centre, Pinderfields Hospital, Wakefield

What will happen at the AGM?

  • Visit the Marketplace to meet Trust teams and discover how they’re supporting local communities. This will take place from 1:30 prior to the actual meeting starting at 2pm.
  • Review of our key achievements and challenges over the past year.
  • Hear from staff about their personal career journeys at Mid Yorkshire.
  • Join the discussion on how we contribute to, and work with, our communities - and tell us what you think.
  • Get involved with MY Charity and help shape its future.
